As a dedicated yoga teacher based in Athens, my mission is to guide women on the transformative path of self-discovery through yoga. I believe that through mindful practice, you can reconnect with your breath, unlock your true essence & cultivate a deeper connection with yourself & the world around you. Together we'll nurture the light & love within, allowing it to flow freely in every aspect of your life.

my yoga journey
I've been practicing yoga since 2014, and my life truly shifted when I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2019. From that moment on, yoga became not just a practice, but a way of life. I've since expanded my knowledge through specialized seminars in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Thai massage, Reflection & Meditation. With over five years of professional experience, I deepened my commitment to this path by completing my 300-hour advanced training in 2024. Yoga is my purpose, and I continue to grow, explore & evolve through this beautiful practice.
My own journey with yoga has been one of deep healing, growth & connection. After years of practicing & studying different yoga styles, I discovered the power of slowing down, listening to my body, and trusting my inner wisdom. it's this experience that drives me to create a space, where you can explore your own transformation, at your own pace. Whether you're seeking physical movement, spiritual growth, or simply a way to be more present, I know you’ll find transformation through my guidance.
